It shouldn’t require memberships or purchasing equipment. Workout plans can be tailored to what is available to you and what you are comfortable with. Based on your dietary needs and wants a nutrition plan can be built specifically for you! Nutrition plans can include your favorite foods and you can find success without counting anything. My name is Rachel! I am certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My fitness journey began as a figure skater when I was child. I pursued this passion by skating as a professional for three years while I attended college. Upon completing my bachelor's degrees in exercise science and physical education, I started training clients and instantly fell in love with the fitness profession. Since then I have dedicated myself to helping my clients and bettering myself. This has lead to a master's degree in applied exercise science and a few other certifications along the way. Outside of the gym, I am a military spouse, pet mom, food lover, and avid coffee drinker! Thanks for trusting me on your health and fitness journey and I can't wait to get to know you!
